A good communication flow with your child's teacher is highly desirable and
should be the principle vehicle for questions that may arise.
Parent-Teacher Conferences are scheduled throughout the year for this
purpose. A monthly newsletter is sent to the parents informing them of the
current activities of the School.
Newsletters
The
School periodically
sends home a newsletter to inform parents/guardians of
the current events taking place at the school. The
newsletter will have information about upcoming field
trips, a snack calendar schedule, a list of holiday and
vacation days coming up, picture days, book club news,
parent night dates and guest speakers.
The newsletter will also include the topics of
study, that we will cover during that month and any
other pertinent notices. This
enables parents to stay informed and to make sure to
make any adjustments in your schedules for special days. We
encourage you to take the time to read and resource with
your child on the unit topics that are being covered at
school.

**Please
take note of Holidays that are observed, they are listed
on both the yearly and the monthly calendar. Some
conference days, are no school days.
These are given in advance so that you will be
prepared to have child care should you need it.
